Paso Robles & North County

Concrete that was meant to be looked at.

Flatwork, driveways, patios and pool decks, poured and finished by Jordan Liberatore. That driveway is his, and so is the photograph.

His photograph, his work

A few of his pours

Gray where it should be gray, colored where it shouldn’t

Most concrete work is meant to disappear: flat, level, the right slope, no cracks. The rest of it is meant to be the first thing a visitor sees. The same person has to be good at both.

What he pours

Four kinds of work, one trade

01

Flatwork

Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs. The part nobody compliments and everybody notices when it is wrong: the fall, the level, the joints cut in the right places so it cracks where it was told to.

02

Stamped and stained

Color worked into the slab and a pattern pressed into it before it sets. A customer describes a walkway to a new bed and breakfast, stained and stamped, and another the driveway at the top of this page.

03

Pool decks and surrounds

The surface people stand on wet and barefoot, so the finish matters differently. Both the gray and the stained versions are in the photographs above.

04

Drainage and grading

A customer had a slab poured on the back side of his building specifically to move rain away from it. Water is the problem concrete is usually being asked to solve.

The license, in full

Anyone can check this in about thirty seconds, and you should. Every line below came off the California State License Board record on September 18, 2026.

The record carries no additional status line, no suspension, no bond cancellation date and no disclosable complaints. A C-8 is the concrete license specifically, not a general building license with concrete added to it, which is what you want when concrete is the whole job. And there is a real workers’ compensation policy in force rather than an exemption. The license was issued in December 2022 and runs to the end of this year.

A note from the person who built this

Why this page exists

Jordan, you don’t know me. I’m Matthew, and I build websites for contractors on the Central Coast. I built this one before asking, because it is easier to look at a real page than to listen to a pitch.

Here is what I noticed, and you may not know about it yet. There are two links on your Google listing, and both of them dead-end. The website link, winecountryconcretepbc.com, does not load at all. Not slow, not out of date. It does not resolve. And the other link, wcconcrete.me, works perfectly and forwards straight to that same dead address. Anyone who taps either one gets nothing.

I looked up why, because it seemed worth knowing. The domain is still yours and it is paid up until December 22. But the registration is sitting in a status called client hold, which means the registrar has pulled it out of the phone book. The record was last changed on August 9, so it has probably been dark for about six weeks. That is usually an unverified email address on the registration or a billing detail that needs attention, and it is normally fixed by logging in to whoever you bought the domain from. The good news is that it is one problem, not two: fix the hold and both links on your listing start working again. I would do that whether or not you ever reply to me, because right now you are paying for a domain that shows people nothing.

Everything on this page is already yours. Every photograph was taken by you and posted to your own listing. The color is not my choice either: it is sampled out of your own photo of that stamped driveway at the top. The quotes are word for word from your reviews, and the license details came off the state record.

Everything here came from public sources: your listing, your photographs, your reviews and the state license board. Nothing is stock and nothing is invented. If a detail is wrong, it is wrong because I read it wrong, and I’d want to know.

$950 flat if you want it, live in about a week on your own domain, and you own everything: the domain, the files, all of it. If it is not for you I will take it down, no hard feelings.
